Snow Canyon Half Marathon offers an idyllic running experience among stunning red rocks in southern Utah. This scenic race encompasses half marathon, 10K and 5K races as well as fun runs/walks as well as adaptive divisions for athletes with disabilities.

On race day, runners can anticipate temperatures between 35 and 60 degrees. There will be water and Powerade available at every two mile aid station; and upon finishing they will receive both a shirt and medal bearing an attractive full-color design featuring their finisher number.
Race Start
Buses will pick up runners at Snow Canyon High School between 7:00 am and 7:45 am for transport to the start line in Provo City, or they can continue their run until Provo City becomes their finish line.
Parking will be available at both the Zions Bank parking structure on 100 N and Utah County Government lots on 200 S and 100 S with shuttle buses providing a ride back home after each race.
Provo Canyon Half Marathon will be professionally timed. Each runner's bib will include a chip that will record their start and finish times; gun time will determine male first three places; while chip time awards will determine age group placements; first 3 runners in each age group will win prizes; while top overall male and female finishers will each be presented with special awards.

The Bryce Canyon Half Marathon is an idyllic race held annually in July. Beginning from Ruby's Inn and traveling north on Highway 63 before turning east onto National Scenic Byway 12, runners traverse Bryce Canyon National Park before ending in Cannonville at an elevation of 7,652 feet before dropping to 5,800 feet at the finish line despite high elevation, typically experiencing daytime temperatures reaching around 78 degrees in July; daytime temperatures generally range from 60-76 degrees during July daytime temperatures; with its stunning backdrop of pink-glow sandstone pinnacles which glow pink during morning sunlight. Expect challenging course with many hills but its breathtaking beauty will more than make up for any difficulty encountered along its route!

Not surprisingly, this race has quickly become one of Moab and Utah's most beloved outdoor athletic events with an exciting festival atmosphere at its finish line that guarantees runners won't leave disappointed!
Starting at an elevation of approximately 4,000 feet, runners get to experience stunning red rock canyons and landscapes that have made this region so well-known. The course features both challenging hills and fast descents, but is mostly runnable and passes several arches along its route. You may encounter wildlife like lizards or antelope near its endpoint below La Sal Mountains.
runners can look forward to enjoying a festive finish line filled with food, beer and music at this year's Half Marathon or 5-miler, where food, beer and music will all come together in celebration of a race capped at 5,000 participants altogether – the first 3,000 registrants will receive guaranteed spots while registration for subsequent ones may be on a waitlist.
Starting location for the Half Marathon: approximately 11 miles up State Route 128, near Take Out Beach on the Colorado River. A shuttle will transport runners from this starting area to Swanny City Park where their shared finish line will be.
Salt Lake City Half Marathon
The Salt Lake City Half Marathon is an iconic race held each year in downtown Utah. One of the more affordable events available in Utah, and enjoying tremendous community support. A great way to see all that this great city has to offer while getting some exercise – not to mention making new friends along the way! Participants will arrive at an unforgettable finish line which promises plenty of thumping music and enthusiastic crowds!
This half marathon features an undulating, flat course with minimal elevation changes. Starting from the University of Utah campus – former home to the 2002 Winter Olympic Village – the race follows pleasant neighborhoods and estates before entering Temple Square near city center for Temple Square race continues through downtown district, ending between Library and Washington Squares.
Although not as scenic as other Utah half marathons, this race provides excellent hydration and nutrition along the course, including free beer at the finish line as well as well-stocked aid stations every couple of miles.
Utah Half Marathon, held annually, serves as an excellent training run for St. George Marathon and Top of Utah marathons. Starting 7 miles up Blacksmith Fork Canyon and ending at Providence Zollinger Park with an 1852 feet net elevation loss – making this race one of the fastest races in Utah!
Salt Lake City Marathon

Starting from University of Utah and passing through streets all across Salt Lake City, the full marathon begins its course. On Saturday there will also be full and half marathon runs as well as 10K run and bike tour events that may cause road closures throughout Salt Lake City; Salt Lake City Police has provided a map that details these areas so people should avoid these areas whenever possible.
At first, all marathon and half marathon participants share the initial few miles together before heading west and branching off in Westminster College's neighborhood. From there, runners travel past historic neighborhoods and elegant estates before reaching downtown Sugar House and Liberty Park before finally finishing with Washington Square where participants are met by loud thumping music and enthusiastic spectators cheering along to make this an unforgettable finish!
