Nathan Pennington brings nearly 3 decades of experience to the athletes he mentors online. Coach Pennington didn’t have a lot of talent and used his work ethic to yield great results in the sport of middle to long distance running. Nathan is an advocate for all levels of athletes and is a VDOT.O2 Coach Ambassador. You can find him weekly publishing free content on the RunDreamAchieve YouTube channel to help his viewers.

He founded in 2011 to help athletes all over the world get better results by training smarter rather than harder. Nathan has competed on multiple continents, is a two-time world armed forces cross-country team qualifier. He finished as the top American and in 4th place at the 2007 California International Marathon running a personal best time of 2:19:35. Recently, Nathan created to help athletes and non-athletes alike live a healthier lifestyle.
